Violet Bakula, 92, of Monroeville, PA passed away on Monday September 14, 2015. She was born in Conshohocken, PA on April 5, 1923. Violet has been living in Monroeville, Pa for the last 2 years, formerly of Conshohocken where she had lived most of her life She was a member of St. Mary's RC Church of Conshohocken, Pa Violet was a homemaker and also worked with Sharp Corp of Plymouth Meeting, Pa for 30 years She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren Daughter of Adam & Anna ( Bonkowski ) Oleszewski Beloved wife of the Late John J. Bakula Survivors include her Daughter: Lorraine (& Tom ) Garvin Monroeville PA Also Survived By 5 Grandchildren Chris, Denise, Tommy, J P, Lynsay & 7 Great Grandchildren Lauren, Katie, Emily, Nick, Colleen, Tommy & Adam And a Special Niece Marlene Brooks Along with her husband and parents she was preceded in death by 2 sons Joseph Bakula & Edward J. Bakula Her Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday September 19, 2015 at 10:00 AM from the St. Mary's RC Church Elm & Maple Streets, Conshohocken Clergy: Fr. J. Thomas Heron officiating. Friends may call on Saturday Morning from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Church Interment will take place in St. Benedict's Cemetery, Conshohocken, PA Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to: American Heart Association 1 Penn Center at Suburban Station 1617 JFK Blvd, Suite 700, Philadelphia, Pa 19103.
